We work to support children and young people with complex needs, arising from a disability

This website provides information on the 11 Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) in the Dublin South, Kildare, and West Wicklow (CHO7) area.

Who we are How we work

How to refer a child or young person to one of our teams

A child’s or young person's home address will decide the CDNT they are referred to. Children can be referred by their parents or guardian, health and social care professionals, GPs, hospitals, education professionals, Assessment Officers, or Case Managers.

Covering Dublin South, Kildare & West Wicklow

Our Teams

All CDNTs include health and social care professionals (HSCPs) who specialise in different areas of child development. Their aim is to support your child or young person to thrive, grow, and learn.
