Sensory toys, sensory playtime and sensory friendly hour - Inchicore Library
Sensory toys can be accessed at the library under adult supervision.
Inchicore Library also runs a monthly sensory playtime session. They run on the second Monday of each month from 11.30am to 12.30pm. They'll advertise these sessions on their Facebook page or in their monthly newsletter. Sign up for their newsletter.
They also run a sensory friendly hour alongside their sensory playtime. They will offer reduced lighting and sound to ensure a calm and inclusive atmosphere within the library. Sensory playtime takes place then in a separate room at the library.
